Following successful processing, our proficient logistics team generates an order invoice that is promptly dispatched to your registered email. Subsequently, our dedicated logistics team will contact you via phone to finalize and confirm the most convenient delivery schedule. Delivery Policy

At Galata Fine Foods, we hold a steadfast commitment to ensuring that every purchased item reaches our customers in impeccable condition and within the stipulated time frame. However, in certain exceptional cases, despite orders being placed before the 5 PM cutoff time, unexpected external circumstances may necessitate an additional day for delivery. In such rare instances, our diligent team promptly notifies our esteemed customers of any delays, either through a direct phone call or email communication.

Recognizing the paramount importance of on-time delivery, we urge our customers to promptly notify us by telephone or email should their goods not arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Availability

Our assortment of products at Galata Fine Foods is readily available for purchase if they are in stock. In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, our valued customers will be promptly notified through email or via phone. This commitment to transparency ensures that our customers are always informed and empowered in their purchasing experience.

Return Policy

Galata Fine Foods prides itself on sourcing a majority of its exceptional products from Turkey, and as a result, options for returns are limited. However, in situations where an item is damaged or rendered unusable due to shipping and handling conditions, we extend a full credit or suitable resolution to the customer. Claims for damaged or unusable items must be reported to our dedicated customer service department within five days of delivery.

It’s important to note that claims pertaining to personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with package aesthetics or taste, cannot be accepted as a basis for return. For a successful return, the items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. Perishable items fall under the category of non-returnable products. For non-grocery items, keeping the original packing materials and associated documentation intact is a prerequisite for the return process.

Please note that while most cases of returning items do not include refunding delivery charges, exceptions are made if Galata Fine Foods is responsible for a delivery error or if a defective item is identified (excluding perishable items). Special orders can only be returned if proven defective. In the case of an out-of-stock item, customers have the option to request alternative items of equal or lesser value. Items returned due to defects must be accompanied by a detailed note specifying the nature of the defect.
